Now Available –Library Survey Results

From January 26 – February 15, 2021, the Town of Chester Library Board of Trustees conducted a community survey to gather information about Library patron satisfaction and to collect suggestions for expanding and improving Library services. Conducting a survey has its challenges and limitations under the best of conditions; conducting a survey during a pandemic presented some unique challenges, especially in terms of distributing and collecting the survey. While the exact number of surveys distributed cannot be determined, 243 surveys were returned…all electronically, which is how the survey was conducted.
